Warranty & Exclusions

WARRANTY

This warrants your product to be free from defects in metal tube materials and workmanship for lifetime from original date of shipment delivery to the address provided at checkout. All moving parts are covered under warranty for a period of twelve months. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the part(s) with new part(s). If repair is not possible, we will replace the item.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the item. We do not cover warranty claims nor offer product warranties for items that were purchased by any persons other than the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss from theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, weather, or natural disasters. This warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements, such as caster wheels worn from constant use.

Our company will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages incurred as a result from improper use and subsequent failure of this product. Damages excluded from this warranty include, but are not limited to: damage to vehicle, other equipment, dwelling, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. Should this product fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in this warranty statement. In no way will our company be liable for more than the purchase price of your product, not to exceed the current list price, and excluding tax and shipping and handling charges. We disclaim any other warranties, express or implied.
